LUCKILY THERE IS A COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTION…
The teenage years come with new challenges, and many parents are looking for something that keeps their kids active while teaching responsibility and confidence.
Our Teen Program isn’t a traditional karate class. Students train in Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, learning practical skills while developing discipline, focus, and respect. Every class helps them become more confident, physically fit, and mentally resilient.
YOUR TEEN WILL GROW WITH EVERY CLASS!
Teenagers who study martial arts learn the benefits of self-control and discipline with every lesson. Our classes emphasize core values like discipline, respect, and persistence. Students learn that the way they treat others – in and out of the dojo – reflects on them as people and affects their ability to achieve their goals.
BUILD REAL CONFIDENCE
Confidence doesn’t come from talking about it—it comes from accomplishing difficult things.
Whether they’re learning combinations in Kickboxing or solving problems during Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, students gain confidence by overcoming challenges one class at a time.
LEARN PRACTICAL SELF-DEFENSE
Our program teaches effective striking and grappling skills that prepare teens for real-life situations.
More importantly, students develop awareness, good judgment, and the confidence to avoid conflict whenever possible.
GET OFF THE SCREEN & INTO ACTION
Instead of spending another evening on a phone or gaming system, teens get an exciting workout with coaches and teammates who encourage them to improve every class.
Training is challenging, fun, and something they actually look forward to.
HOW TO SET (AND ACHIEVE) GOALS
Progress happens through consistent effort—not perfection.
Whether it’s mastering a new Kickboxing combination, earning a new BJJ stripe, or simply becoming stronger each week, students learn that success comes from showing up and putting in the work.
