Yes, we have classes for beginners for both kids and adults. You don’t need to have any experience to get started.
Our youth martial arts program start at the age of 5.
We offer day and evening classes throughout the week, and our class times vary to meet the individual needs of our students.
We typically suggest that our students wear regular workout clothes t-shirt and sweatpants, yoga pants, or shorts would be good.
We normally recommend a minimum of 2 classes per week. Most of our students come in 3 times per week and see great results.
All of our classes are 45 minutes long
Yes, we offer private lessons to students based on schedule and instructor availability.
No, sparring is not required.
Yes! You can schedule a personal appointment to go over your specific needs.
No! Our classes are designed for students to go at their own pace while having fun and feeling the healthy challenge at the same time.
Sometimes. But honestly, it’s VERY RARE for injuries to occur. We take extra measures to ensure that everyone in class is working safely with one another. Safety is our top priority.
Definitely. When a child learns a new technique or skill, they feel empowered and proud to be able to do it. Besides the confidence that they build, they also increase their focus and discipline while having fun at the same time!
Ask your doctor and see what they tell you. Once they tell you you’re good to go, then let’s get you started. If you have any problems doing certain moves, just let us know Our main concern is your safety and well being.
No! We have both men and women, as well as boys and girls, that participate in all of our classes. Everyone’s here to learn and have fun. Gender is never an issue.
No, you do not have to compete,unless you want to. We do offer the training and the opportunity to our students that have the goal of competing.
